 RRP: £63 Year: to 2006 Description: For 2006, The Rally DH gets a facelift, with improved aesthetics and a new strapping system for improved fit and function.Using the same proprietary hard shell seen on its FR counterpart, the Rally DH armor also features thicker foam padding and a new back panel for increased protection from impact and abrasions.
RIDER INSPIRED DESIGN: Design and input testing with pro freerider and Race Face team rider, Wade Simmons.
HIGH DENSITY HARDSHELL: This hardshell is the result of countless CAD drawings and engineering meetings. The material is light weight, and has an impact modifier to absorb impact force while retaining its shape. A carefully engineered matrix on the back of the shell further distributes impact forces across the hardshell and foam.
KNEE STABILIZATION PAD: Centers the knee to ensure proper armor placement and minimizes armor movement.
TWO PIECE ELBOW / FOREARM PROTECTION: Allows for unrestricted articulation of the arm for greater comfort and control.
15MM THERMO MOLDED FOAM: The foam on the inside of the armor has unique airflow channels moulded into the foam as well as cut outs that allow air to flow through the hardshell and foam directly to your leg surface. This maximizes airflow and comfort in all riding conditions.
NEW FLOATING BACK PANEL: The mesh wrap back has been replaced with a new floating back panel which stretches over the calf, providing a more secure fit while also greatly increasing mobility and breathability.
JACKET COMPATIBILITY: New attachment ring secures arms to our new Rally DH armour jacket.
BROAD SIZE SPECTRUM: Our Rally DH is now available in smaller sizes to accommodate ladies and groms
