No matching brand Waterbottle

RRP: £4
Year: to 2006

Description: It is important to stay hydrated at all times, as even a small percentage drop in fluid levels can have dramatic effects upon your running performance, leaving you feel tired and lifeless. It is best to replace fluid both during and as quickly as possible after exercise, so no matter where you are always have a water bottle to hand, filled with your favourite sports drink. These bottles are very cheap, made of plastic with a re-sealable cap, often able to hold 500ml or 1 litre of liquid. Some are shaped to be particulary convenient for carrying during a run.
