The Excelerant R-5 rear hub has been forged from 6061-T6 heat treated aluminium. This hub is disc brake compatible and comes with a 5mm QR axle. The drive side has been CNC machined fron 7075-T6 heat treated aluminium and has a 12 spline interface compatible with 8 / 9 speed HG type cassettes.
