Designed to provide the ultimate self-cleaning behaviour and good traction in muddy conditions, Barro Mud can keep going even in nasty mud thanks to its small section, to its "open" tread pattern and to rounded-edge knobs that can actually bite the mud without holding it. Beside that, stiff side knobs are designed to prevent tyres sliding sideways when pedaling on off-camber trails, often a problem with other mud tyres.
Furthermore, PRB puncture protection and strong Aramid 3D Compound keep the weight down and the safety high, while new Tuned Spring Rate Casing phase 3.1 gives the right "high performance" feeling.
