Titanium axle : The use of titanium for axles makes it possible to design ultra-light pedals without reducing reliability, bearing surface or adjustability. Our pedals are equipped with a titanium axle and offer the best ratio of lightness / adjustment possibilities on the market. The LOOK axle is only approved after a rotation test of one million cycles at 100 rpm, with a load of 60 kg on the pedal and off-centered rotation (which creates a shock with each turn). This is greater than the ISO 4210 (1 million cycles at 100 rpm, with 50 kg centered). This very high quality allows us to warranty our titanium axles for life. (Subject to correct maintenance and "normal" use of the pedal. The use of high-pressure cleaners is not advisable. The axle should be dismantled, cleaned and lubricated at least twice a year: at the start and in the middle of the season).
