'OK FOR SHORT RIDES BUT NOT GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY'
Strengths: Good padding on palms; warm in cold wet weather.
Weaknesses: Cuff could be longer to prevent water getting in at wrist. After an hour or more in the rain they fill up and it's like riding with two bags of cold water on the end of your arms - makes them very difficult to get on and off in a hurry. End up being very smelly when dried out even after rinsing.
Overall: These seem to do the job for shortish rides provided you do the wrist strap up carefully and ensure your sleeve comes down past the cuff. They haven't been one of my best buys, they're not cheap. My old cheapo winter gloves from Halford's were almost as good for waterproofing although they fell apart fairly quickly.
