'Great, good value entry level women's road bike. '
Strengths: Women specific fit, no more being stretched out on a blokes frame. Fairly rigid frame, smoother ride from the carbon forks. The saddle is really comfy, ridden 100 miles all in a day and no discomfort at all. Triple chainset makes spinning up hills a breeze, but still plenty of power on the flat.
Weaknesses: Riding on the hoods means it can be uncomfortable reaching the brakes.
Overall: Great bike for under £500. I use mine for triathlon racing, days in the hills and century rides - it's a good all rounder.
