Specialized have just launched their new 2006 range on the website, take a look at
www.specialized.com to see their full range from spangly new bikes to ultra-cool optics, clothing and accessories.
The mountain bike range consists of three full sussers, ranging from £799 for the FSRxc thro to the top end Stumpjumper FSR Expert £1899 with 120mm travel, Fox Talas RL fork, Avid Juicy 7 hydraulic disc brakes and Shimano LX/XT groupset.
Specialized have even more hardtails this year with the Stumpjumper heading the line up at £999, for Hardrock fans the range consists of the Sport Disc at £369, the Sport at £299 and Hardrock XC also at £299.
We've got hold of the Stumpjumper Hardtail with its beautiful blue paintwork, lightweight M4 alloy frame and Mavic X317/Specialized wheelset, expect a full test soon.
Tarmac lovers will be pleased to see the new Ruby Comp Carbon, the jewel in the crown at £1499 with FACT 7r carbon triple monocoque frame and Zertz inserts in the fork and seatstays, lightweight Specialized finish kit and Shimano 105 groupset. There are three Dolce road bikes this season starting at £499 for the Dolce and rising to £1199 for the Shimano 105 spec'd Dolce Comp.
