We had a good time at the Evans Ladies night with plenty of champagne and nibbles to go with the good company and freedom to browse the huge women's selection of gear and bikes. The huge underground Evans Spitttlefields venue was stuffed with women specific bikes, components and clothing, in fact evreything a girl needs to enjoy riding a bike!
About 115 women came along to the free event, each receiving a goodie bag and 10% discount on all women specific gear and bikes plus a chance to see the new 2007 products. There were experts available for mechanic problems and equipment advice plus a competition to see who could change a puncture the fasterst. The fastest managed to deflate the tube, replace it and pump the tyre back up in an amazing 1 minute 38 seconds!! She won £300 of Evans vouchers to spend online or instore! Now that sounds like fun!
