Last Sat I took a group out to do a loop in Pentland hills and met up with one of the rangers. She was keen on the idea of getting involved with the mountain bikers in the area in order to improve the trails, facilities and so on. They will get mountain bikes in couple of weeks time and the believe that this will help them to get connected with the local people using the trails ( and also cover bigger area while assessing what needs to get fixed). While chatting, I thougth that if we use the area on regular basis we should really contribute in conservation + offer help in fixing the gates and so on.

So basically I am after volunteers!!(I am actually based in Glasgow but would be happy to join when ever possible) drop me a line via ...
