Self-Motivator
If you scored 6-9 points in the SheCycles Exercise Personality Quiz then you're a self-motivator. Something that many other cyclists will be envious of!
You like structure and organisation. Creating and sticking to your own plan is relatively easy, so having a training programme will really help.
Just make sure you vary it often enough so you don't lose interest in your usual routine. Adding in cross-training sessions will help maintain variety, stave off boredom, and help your cycling fitness!
Weight training is a great way to gain extra leg strength for those killer climbs (especially during the winter). Running gives a nice break from cycling but can feel like hard work after you're used to the speed of two wheels!
