South East coach John Leitch is holding an afternoon sessions for riders preparing
for Etape's and cyclosportif's On December 1 in Surrey,
The venue is Leigh village hall 3 miles south of the mid-point between Dorking
and Reigate and will begin at 1.30pm with doors opening at 1pm.
Speakers include coach John Capelin, novice rider Andrew Green, who needed
a big step-up in his mileage in order
to tackle the Marmotte cyclosportif in 2007, and Leigh Smithers who has returned
to competition, and he joined the thousands who
rode last year’s Etape
