V95 Racing

It was during last years TransWales stage race that we first bumped into Ian Muir and Bob Moore. And, over a year since that event wrapped up, the pair are back together and behind the latest British brand, V95 Racing.

The idea for launching a bike brand came about during the inaugural event - the long stages obviously providing a good environment for dreaming up such plans. From the company's Pembrokeshire, South Wales base, the frames are designed in Italy and built in the Far East.

The £1,249 Nano HT is built from 3K high modulus carbon, and is designed for a bit XC racing and marathon riding. The frame has been well-tested, seeing action in the TransAlps before its release. The frame weighs in at 1.3kg (2.86lb), with a full-build in the region of 11kg (24lb) with a Shimano XTR/Mavic Crossmax mix of components. The frame will be available in four sizes.
