Rachel Atherton wins World Cup finals

Animal Commencal rider Rachel Atherton took the final round of the World Cup Series in Maribor by one of the biggest winning margins in recent World Cup history. Her nearest rival, World number two Tracy Moseley was a massive 8.63 seconds back on the 2750m long course.

Having won qualifying by 6 seconds Rachel was feeling a win was on the cards, “I knew I was riding well but I am surprised the other girls didn't get closer, it's a pity I've been out all year, I think I could have been a real threat to Sabrina for the overall”.

ok guys and gals its that time again, lets do it on this date, if anyone would like an extra long ride from tunnel hill to swinley this could also be arranged would be at least 33 miles and a lot of singletrack, using some of the gorrick race courses.

We can also have some swinley only groups for the slackers like me
