These gloves are very trendy and have loads of details for the style conscious. We tested white ones just to add something different to the seemingly all black attire.
Gore have researched this women's glove well, it is a perfect fit for smaller and more petite hands. They are snug at first but do move really well with the hands and are in no way restrictive. There is no bunching, tightness or gaping anywhere. The wrist closure is on the upper side of the wrist to prevent discomfort with contact on the handlebars. The closure is easily adjustable for even the smallest of wrists. With a thick base of stretchy material that is moulded around the base of the hand, it prevents slipping forward with movement.
The cuff loops allow for easy removal without causing the glove to go inside out, something that is all too common with the general glove.
The all important obligatory towelling wipe is present on both thumbs, covering a good amount of absorbent space.
One of the most important and varying components of a glove is the padding. Too much and you don't have control, too little and you have yourself pressure and vibration issues. The Liquid Lady has gel inserts instead of foam and you can really tell the difference. The padding is in the right areas and are ultra comfortable for short and long rides. The gel provides maximum impact protection and is used in all of Gore's top end gloves.
The palm of the glove is Silicone-coated for a better grip, however it is not too sticky, as I have experienced with other gloves in the past.
Gore have used a creative approach to the reflective nature of the gloves and have reflective piping on the sides and on the branding for extra visibility.
Verdict
Wearing these gloves is like you are not wearing gloves at all. We definitely give these gloves the thumbs up. They are well worth the investment!
