The weather in Malaga is warm all year round with next to no precipitation, so you can escape the mud and get a suntan right through to the winter months. If you fancy some R'n'R off the bike there are plenty of other sports or leisure activities to enjoy, including horse-riding, golf, sailing, skiing (snow & water), tennis, windsurfing, squash, karting, and dolphin watching. Although being right on the beach and having a large swimming pool as well, we imagine bikini time in the sunshine will be of interest whilst resting tired legs.
Sierra Cycling offer full internet access during your stay and free worldwide calls too so it's worth thinking about if you want to work from 'home' for a week or long weekend. Being so close to Malaga airport (15 minutes transfer away) even a short midweek break will mean you get plenty of riding in and you can still be connected to the office/work when you get back in the afternoon.
