Road Cycling Skills coaching session

Want to improve your cycle skills, practise your group riding, and work on race preparation and tactics? Yes, then come and join the Cycle Skills Training Day at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, Minet Park, Springfield Road. Hayes. On Sunday 19th August 2007 from 10am - 4pm

The training day includes 2 practical sessions morning and afternoon and a bike maintenance lecture/demonstration. All sessions will be taken by British Cycling qualified coaches.

The cost for the day is £15 with all profits are being donated to Cancer Research and Help the Aged. The day is open to anyone over 15yrs of age; ideal for improvers, race cyclists, triathletes, and generally anyone who wants to improve their cycle/race skills.

Hi,

I'm keen to aim for some longer rides, 100ish miles. I'm just lacking someone to chat to while pedalling :)

If anyone out there is interested in some road rides, possibly charity rides, in the South East area ... please let me know.
