The 8-panel 5.8oz nylon/lycra fabric is a dream, fits like a second skin and feels amazing to ride in. The 3/4 length style is great for those autumn days in the saddle or when you needing that little bit extra to take the chill off your knees.
The 4-way stretch Velocity chamois is a good fit and although I was initially unsure about how far the chamois sat down my legs! Quite a long way! However after a few rides I was convinced it was a good design and stopped any chaffing from the saddle between your upper thighs as well as making for good saddle padding too.
Nightime in the saddle is made safer by the 3 small reflective logos, well placed for good visibility and attracting the attention ofother road users. Not something every manufacturer thinks of, but an added bonus here!
There are seams placed just about where a pair of shorts would end which seemed a bit odd at first, but on riding worked well for flexibility of the knee. All in all the Classic Knickers are a great pair of 3/4ers well worth trying and I guarantee you'll get your money's worth out of them.
