It may be cold and chilly outside but a Xmas gift should be something worth savouring and if that means waiting 'til a warmer day then the wait makes it all the better in our view.
We love these Sombrio Septre shorts, dubbed as freeride shorts they certainly can stand some hammering out on the trails, but we think they are way more versatile than just freeriding. They look cool on the cruiser with sandals and down the beach too!
The fit is baggy but flattering, the legs are long enough to avoid getting caught on the saddle and give plenty of protection whilst crashing - we tested that element so you don't have to. The fabric is tough yet surprisingly light and supple, allowing full freedom of movement, the lining is super cool in camo designed mesh.
The best bit to the girly fit is the adjustable waistband with Velcro straps, perfect if you need to wear you armour under, simply let out the waistband to accomodate a back protector.
