The Keirin saw China on the podium again with Shuang Guo taking Gold, Jennie Reed from USA in Silver and Dana Gloss (GER) in Bronze. We expected to see UK rider Victoria Pendleton (SIS) in the final but she was knocked out in the repecharges after failing to get through her first round match.
Australian celebrated another home win in the Women's Individual Pursuit with Katie Mactier winning Gold and UK rider Wendy Houvenhagel (SIS) in silver.
