It seems that we're not alone in thinking that cycling is the transport of the future.
Lucy Siegle from the Observer Magazine took to the streets of London on her bike and claimed “It's like being given the keys to the city.”
As a new-comer to city riding she opted to take professional guidance and approached Cycle Training UK for a cycle lesson on how to be safe and assertive whilst riding in cities. Lessons cost £27.50 per hour but some London Boroughs offer a subsidy, see www.cycletraining.co.uk for more details.
