The South Downs in full glory

Here's a reminder that the 2nd Quest Adventure's ladies ride will be take place on Sunday 14th May.
All abilities are welcome - the emphasis is on a sociable day out, with
plenty of time to tackle the hills at your own pace. We'll be riding a
good mix of classic South Downs trails, from wide open hilltops to
twisty woodland singletrack, with a stop at our favourite friendly tea
rooms to top up on coffee and cake.
Minx-Girl/Kona rider Jenn Hopkins will be guiding, with skills
coach Grant Taylor available to offer technique advice to those who'd
like it. Jenn has a decade's knowledge of the local trails, and
Grant's skills sessions are fast becoming legendary - either way, a
good start to the spring is guaranteed!
Based in Worthing, Quest Adventure is the south coast's shiniest new
bike emporium and has a big selection of goodies for you to browse
before heading out onto the trails which start just a few pedal strokes
from the door.
