This weekend is the 2007 Ordnance Survey Outdoors Show and
a year on from their first attendance, Specialized renew their participation with the goal to encourage outdoor enthusiasts to get on their bikes. Thousands of people will visit the show over a period of three days in search if inspiration, new ideas and gear.
Richard Hemington, Managing Director at Specialized says “The Outdoors Show's visitors are outdoors active people who we feel we can introduce to cycling and excite with our bike expo, shoe and saddle fitting available on our stand and through demo opportunities at our Specialized Challenge Series which we are launching this year”.
Get a shoe and saddle fit with Specialized
As well as expo of bikes, Specialized are planning on fitting as many people as possible with their shoe and saddle BG fit system designed to increase comfort and performance. SBCU (Specialized Bicycle Components University) representatives will be on hand to do the fitting and answer any questions visitors might have.
As far as demo of bikes is concerned Specialized strongly recommends their new Specialized Challenge Series events, set up around the country from April 1st until 22nd of June 2007. These events will give participants a chance to test themselves on the Challenge rides and to demo the Specialized 2007 range on the demo trails.
Free draw to win a holiday
For the duration of the show Specialized and Crystal holidays will run a registration offer whereby all show's visitors registering to the Challenge Series on the Specialized stand will get entered into a draw to win a free Crystal holiday. Women will also benefit from the added offer of free registration to enter the Women's specific events taking place on the 28th of April and 12th of May.
