Endura's MT500 range has a strong reputation for durability and these women specific fit MTB shorts are certainly no exception.
These are probably the hardest wearing pair of non-baggy shorts I've tried - with double side panelling to protect the skin, they offer a comfortable fit and do give you added confidence in the event of a crash. High stretch CoolMax/Lycra is used in the side panel liners to help to reduce grazing if you do come off and brambles etc fail to leave a mark on the material if you do catch your clothing when your out on those trails.
They come up nicely around the waist with a tie-cord to ensure a good fit and prevent movement during racing. Silicone leg grippers keep the legs in place without cutting in like some designs tend to do.
The shorts use Spandura fabric which is designed to be 18 times tougher than standard nylon/Lycra and all seams are flat locked for comfort and extra strength.
The seamless antibacterial pad offers much more comfort than some seamed chamois' and overall this is a very comfy item of clothing.
The design features two Scotchlite Endura logos on the rear which gives a more distinct look than plain black shorts.
