I have just bought a new pair of cycling shoes and forgot how annoying / fiddly setting up the cleats is. Anyone got any suggestions to ease the pain in my knees and save about 2hrs every ride moving them 1mm at a time in every direction (Argh!). Any help would be appreciated. CJ

Hiya! yes there is an easy way to check the angles. You need to work out how much your lower leg and foot rotate away from straight forward and then put the cleats in accordingly to match that rotation. OPne way to guestimate this rotation is to sit on a high seat and let your legs dangle down, look at the position of your feet and hey presto!
