Can pollen effect your asthma?

Apparently if you take antihistamines up to a month before the pollen season starts, and carry it on through the summer, you should get fewer if any symptoms. Rather than waiting until you get symptoms and then try to treat them.

Know thats not much help now but maybe for next year.

Most definitely. I agree with Fluffy too, I started taking my antihistamines at the end of March, to try and build up the resistance as early as possible. Again, not much help this year, sorry. Trying something like Beconase (can't spell it) nasal spray before a ride can help sometimes too, stops the pollen going in through your nose as much.
