The boss at rock and road is a killer in terms of foot pedals and knee problems.

He will be able to help you. That's the pedal he recommended to a friend of mine  as first pair.

not sure they do mail order.

One on my mtb mates, have ati road biek from them and he said that for long long hours they are ver comfy as the cleat doesn't rock around the pedal etc etc.
