Hi, as the title suggests I am new here!

Have just moved to Northamptonshire and am still trying to find decent places to ride XC in the area.

I am lucky enough to work only 3 miles from Chicksands so I can get out and about easy enough in the evenings, but it would be nice to have somewhere a little closer to home.

Also my cycle buddies don't like coming this far north, so would be good to meet up with other people in the area!

If any of you are close by and fancy meeting up, please give me a shout.

You could try the Friday night Summer Series http://fnss2006.multiply.com/journal/item/85 races at various venues in the midlandsish Milton keynes, Rugby etc

I am Birmingham based, will travel, don't lead rides though as have zero sense of direction!  Check out the events and rides section as there's generally stuff going on if you don't mind travelling
