Last night just as the sun was setting and 7:30pm hit, Joe Cooper, fitness instructor of “Fit to Ride,” walked into Oneplanet Adventure visitor centre in Llandegla. He was raring to start his “Fit to Ride” sessions with the aim of getting each person fitter to be able to ride longer. Last night started with a alterative slow walk/jog up to the reservoir with three stops for some extra stretches which ended back in the centre for a quick gulp of water before starting on a circuit training session of quite simple exercises. Working every part of your antimony, Joe is a very good personal/group trainer giving a lot of enthusiasm when we needed it.

It was a great night *apart from some sore unfit muscles, I’m looking forward to next Wednesday, 7pm-8pm, and for only £5 a session what more could you ask for?

I would have liked to do this course but can't get to Llandegla in the week as I work/live in Birmingham  Prob wouldn't even get there until 8.30 what with the traffic!
