I have booked a weekend away in July for my birthday with these guys, has anyone been on one of their cycling weekends?  Sounds pretty good on the website (www.dalesmountainbiking.co.uk) and they provide cake so it can't be bad...??

No but I've looked at the five day tour in the past and still quite fancy that so let us know what you think. The Dales is brill for riding anyway.
