Hiya Following on from the 'chat' thread - does anyone fancy Llandegla 19th or 20th April?

 Possibly, I am going this weekend but may well be up for another trip in April. 19/20 is fine for me at the mo.

Not sure if it is on the way Ads but if you could make it over to my place you could have a lift with me. You could even come over the night before and stay if you like. It is only about an hour and a half from New Mills. Easily do-able for a day trip.

You're coming over to LLandegla again Ros? We might be riding the clwyds this weekend if you fancy that instead.... Or we might be introducing Mal's brothers' new bike to singletrack in the Lakes. I'd be up for Llandegla 19/20th as well (other half in tow)!

I will see if the other half wants to come, if so the Sun would be better but if not I can fit around everyone else

Ah.. if it's mixed then probably wouldn't join you. My other half doesn't like riding with big groups/people he doesn't know he's quite hardcore anyway. I can ride with him as ride with blokes I don't know. I hope you understand what I mean not being offensive I hope !!

Don't let that put you off Carolyn, my bloke won't ride with us, he'll take off on his own and meet us later in the cafe. I can't guarantee he'll come anyway as he's busy DIYing (as I should be too if I am honest....  )

Sorry - I'm new to all this so not sure of protocol, no offense taken . I'll go off with him indoors and leave you all to it. It'll take me twice as long to get round as it would you lot anyway!! Given that he'll have driven 200 miles to see me I can't really desert him....

ros - sounds a plan as long as you don't mind. we can share petrol £. i've got transport its just that im not very good at driving areas i don't know on my own. feeble i realise... thanks for the kind offer

If I'm free then may come I'll see nearer the time, two weekends away yet !!! Nothing to do with me protcols etc do what you want but I just assumed it was girls only as the last one was. I guess if the garage dweller came he would only come if he brought his mate and they would go off together anyway. He just doesn't like riding with strangers and likes to go at his own pace (manic!!).

 Hiya, I'm new to the forum and have only been mtbing for just over a year and now live in North Wales, but we definatly be up for Llandegla, I haven't been there before so it would be good to see what it is like. The only thing I would say is that my bike fitness isn't brill at the moment. Sarah

don't worry Sarah you'll probably be faster than me I always seem to be at the back of the group on the hills (straggler!) and but luckily fine on the downs. see you there.
