Hiya

I'm doing my next ride at Bedgebury Forest and you're all more than welcome to come along for some singletrack action (there's an optional Freeride Park too with woodwork, jumps etc).  The singletrack's not as technical as the Surrey Hills / North Downs, but is still damn good fun for about 13km of trail.  For all full details check out my blog at www.sussexmuddyarse.wordpress.com.

Hope to see some of you there but let me know if you're coming as we're keeping numbers below 30 (last ride was 34 !!)

Cheers, Lisa

Ohhh.  Could couple it with a weekend visiting the folks.  Would like to meet up with you lot soon and get to meet the others who have signed up for this Afan trip.

And I havent been slacking, honest.  Been out New Forest way abit and round my neck of the woods with a more 'local' bike club.  But M@rsers is far better, of course!

Mind the water filled quarry! one of our work teams went along for a team day out instead of an Xmas meal you can guess what time of year it was. Being an all male group none of whom ride or do much sport at all, apart from the boss who is very sporty, went all macho and did one of the harder routes - guess who ended up in the water, yep the boss who two days later discovered he had broken a bone in his hand the process.
