I need a bit of help choosing a pair of cycling tights for this winter. I'm 5 foot nothing and in the past have never ever been able to get cycling tights to fit me. My dress size is 6-8 and my inseam measurement is a tiny bit under 28". Are there any brands that makes cycling tights to fit us vertically challenged women?

I'm not as tiny as you as I'm 5'3" but I struggled to get any short enough for me.  I now wear nike tights.  They might fit you as well as you are a smaller dress size than me and I'm guessing the smaller sizes will be shorter?

I'm the same height as you at 5ft and the only tights that I've been able to find that fit are from Aldi, they must have saved money on fabric .

I've been tempted to order from http://www.teamestrogen.com/ they do petite length tights, I've not looked what the shipping costs would be but it might be worth it to get stuff that fits.

Have the same problem as you, my winter cycling tights all have the Nora Batty effect as I'm 5ft 4 and a medium but have short legs.  I find Endura and Sugoi particularly long.

As you are quite petite then the Italian/European stuff may be worth looking at rather than British/American made stuff, it always seems to be on the small side.  Assos and Nalini are two that spring to mind though they can be expensive and tend to lurk in roadie shops/sites.  The sizing chart on the Assos site goes down to 5ft 1 - at least for men anyway.
