thanks,more positive responses like that,like i said its an unsettling feeling knowing i should gain weight when most people are desperate to lose it,i think its confidence thing,least as im training so the weight im slowly gaining should be muscle!im also aware its NOT good to lose periods and my bone density is rank,i had some scans and i was in the we're-suitably-worried range
has any more research been done on this matter?any supportive evidence would be great to keep me motivated!
