For those of you who are keen to improve your skills I can't recommend highly enough doing a skills course.

I attended a ladies only one with Iain of Cycle Yorkshire - www.cycleyorkshire.co.uk or 07958130712

A great day where all of us on the course learnt something new.  No testosterone fueled males to make you do something silly.  I don't need to keep up I just need to trust in my own ability - I  know that now.

Rode stuff my other half finds tricky!!

Iwent on a skills course run by "Mountain Bike Instruction"  at Rivington Park with a couple of the girls on here (and a couple of lads who'd already booked that day) at the start of July, and I couldn't agree with Lynne more.  I learnt loads. Money very well spent.
