ok just checking who's up for tomorrow. my daughter is not now coming because she has a barbecue in London - (prob much more important for a 19 year old) however i'm still up for a leisurely beginners ride. hetty has hurt her knee footballing so wont be coming now. mellow is away for the weekend. so looks like me, krine, phillipa, ads, my friend fi poss wi OH, maybe my friend jenny with a bad knee. elaine and elaine are you still coming? alice? trio, carolyn?

 Hry think we're coming, ali is just outside washing the bikes. They really need it after scotland but this week has been so so busy. Think I know where we're meeting, at the pub? I have the postcode so hopefully Tom will guide me. I'll try get the bike bags in the car. Don't think Carolyn is coming, she was out today.

ok excellent, will be great to see you two. and Tom. the route is not a mucky one as far as i can remember - there is one ford but it might be quite low because of dry weather lately.

 Can't make it either Treehugger. Have finally got out on the bike at last. Ros and I did a local loop, just getting back before dark. It's so good to be back in the saddle. Fitness is an issue though, I am a tad slow on the ups. Hope to get out with the Wednesday girls soon. Come along, it will be great to see you too.
