Hi,
I am just getting back into the swing of things after a 'nice' possibly French man (skier too!) collided with me in France when snowboarding earlier this year - for once the snowbaorder was being sensible! Thankfully I only stretched and pulled every muscle and tendon possible in my shoulder. Given the naff weather and the physio advising me to avoid the trails until I have more strength back in my shoulder to avoid dislocation I thought I would give spinning a go. Whilst spinning in a seated position I get slight pins and needles in all my toes on both feet that becomes unbearable during the standing climbs or sprints and I have to wimp out. I have tried with the straps loose and my trainers tied loose too but I still get the P&N. I am back at the podiatrist to check my orthotics on Monday, but does anyone have any advice to escape the P&N so I can push myself and get back in shape? I usually ride with spd's and usually only get some cramp in one toe that I have a problem with that needs the orthotics.
