I Have been mountain biking on and off for a couple of years and all of a sudden decided that it would be a good idea to do a 2 hour enduro, my skills are OK and there are still a few things that I walk over, fitness wise that shouldn't be too much of a problem - but I have never riden this trail and im feeling a little nervous about the whole thing (although excited at the same time). I wondered if people thought I was running before i could walk? and perhaps should seek more experiance or whether this is a good way to polish skills as well as increase fitness? Also any tips would be great. Cheers all Jen

Just give it a go and your skills will improve, if you never try you'll never know. Besides which it'll be an experience to build on. Good Luck
