Hi All,

Just started mountain biking about 6 weeks ago with a friend. We're looking for fellow beginners to go around Llandegla. We're not very fit and have to push a few times on the climb!

Anyone interested in joining us?

Yeah count me in, went round the red last night and the weather was fantastic!! I can do tues/wed/thurs evenings from 6pm, and any weekend with some notice (I live in Mold).

And I'm working on my fitness

Anyone fancy a ride either this Bank holiday Sunday or Monday morning?

Only trouble is....my mate Sam is out of action for a week or so, so I can only get my bike up to Llandegla if it's not raining! My mode of transport is putting the bike in the front seat with the roof down in my car! Whilst I don't mind riding in the rain, the electrics in my car probably won't take it!! (Can't get a bike rack for a Tigra!)

Have only done the green and blue run. Not ventured onto the red run yet!

Bet you're both fitter than us!!

Yeah cool see you there (me = nondescript white hardtail, and little black skoda). I don't mind if you'd rather go round the blue - still get that long climb up to the rollercoaster for fitness .

Where abouts are you coming from Caroline? If it's somewhere around St. Asaph/Denbigh/Ruthin I could pick you up. I can probably squeeze two bikes in the car (mine goes in with both wheels off). 

Thanks Lou. I'll be coming from Wrexham. We usually get both bikes in the back of Sam's car so will be OK when she's back.

If I suggest that the notable other could walk the dog at the same place, whilst we're cycling I'll be laughing!!  Will let you know tommorow...

Might be able to do Monday morning, but will have to see what our plans are first, not very often I get a bank holiday off - so might be expected to spend it 'together'

I'm coming from Shrewsbury, so can't really help with a lift I'm afraid
