I like Shockabsorber level 4 and I've got a couple of Glamourise ones that I reserve for running.

I'm a 32e and wear Shock Absorber level 3/4. Keep an eye out at TK Maxx as they often have them for about £8ish as opposed to £25

cheers JoeyEmma

I have tried less bounce too Beckster

and got ennell but it was dead tight and i felt like i was wearing a straight Jacket (no experience of that previously!!) and then i got a well supportive bra ffrom panache but it comes up to my throat

I am so sick of my breasts and would love a reduction SERIOUS

i also am aware that all sports bras make your outer wear look hideous and that is an understatement

my breasts (or tits) look fllattened to within an inch of their and my lives

i am embarassed to go out with the things on

Good Luck x

It's a pain and people who are fortunate and small just don't appreciate that we can't wear these nice trendy looking bra-tops. Just seen some Pink Shock Absorbers on Less Bounce.....

When I wear sports bras my boobs also feel as though they are being bound down . I had a look on the shock absorber website and you can choose what size you are and what sport you do. They then have video of boobs moving totally unsupported, with a normal bra and a shock absorver. It was quite interesting (BF thought it was AMAZING!). I suppose they have to be in a tight straight jacket to stop them moving.

Have you tried up a size in Enelle? I was told they were meant to be really fitted, bought one supposedly in my size and persevered-could only wear it for short periods of time-just for a run, then had to take it off before my ribs collapsed. Eventually bought another a size up and what a difference-same level of support without the breathing difficulties..

I'm a 38G and wear a Shock Absorber level 4, i think it's the B109 version. My boobs do feel pretty bound down but on the other hand they don't move at all. It doesn't quite result in the mono-boob effect but it's not far off. Taking it off is quite a relief, but I've worn it for upwards of 8 hours with very little discomfort.

M&S are now doing big boob sports bras, I'm going to try them tomorrow and put them to the jump test, I'll report back.

I always use www.boobydoo.co.uk who are always very friendly on the 'phone as well.

Guess I am relatively small at 36E, but I have found Shock Absorbers come in fairly small around the back and you usually have to go up a back size on those otherwise you feel like you're being crushed. I wear one of their level 4 cropped top style ones when riding - does the job but it is always a relief to get it off.

I also have a SportJock that I wear when climbing because it 'squishes' them out of the way, but if I am doing anything bouncy I will wear a regular underwired bra under the sportjock. Looks a bugger but it's the best solution I have found - better than the shockabsorber but a bit warm in the summer!

Will look into the glamourise ones too - they sound promising.

I'm a 30ff, but have to take 32f in sports bras - apparently that's what you should do so try that. I always buy bras in selfridges (and just stock up whenever in london) as the staff are so helpful. They don't always have tons of sparts bras, but once they've got you in the size you need you can find them in other places. And would always buy a shock absorber level4 in regular bra style - def seem to be the best!

I ordered two different Shock Absorbers from LessBounce at the weekend and it appeared that they were in stock on the website. I've just had an e-mail all three items I ordered are out of stock one bra 2-3 weeks the other 4-6 weeks. I rang up and cancelled I thought that was quite a poor show really it should say on the website thats the wait time.

I just got two sent from wiggle, you could try there. They were out of stock when I ordered, but did show this on the site.
