 On the Friday doing the Ambleside ride, (about 4th time this year !) that we did on the weekend away, then Wilfs for tea. Don't know about rest of weekend yet. Best caf ever - Wilfs in case you were wondering.

I am up for doing something. Didn't realize it was next weekend. What do yer fancy? Is gwneth around? Hi Carolyn, enjoy the ride! It was a great ride not surprised you've done it so many times. Are you in the lakes for the weekend?

K8TO - No unfortunately not in the Lakes all weekend just going up for the day as a friend is off also and wants to ride. Couldn't say no. If there is anything else going on over the BH weekend I may be interested!!

 I am on duty for work so have to stay local. I am planning to do the Hayfield loop at some point over the weekend so if anyone wants to join me for that then you are most welcome.

Oh Ros what day? Mind you depends upon fuel strikes might be pedallin everywhere at this rate !

 will already be in the Lakes with non-MTBing friends but would love to ride up there on Saturday/Sunday/Monday if anything's happening..

Other half's 40th on the 3rd so the weekend is pretty much upto him. Should include a fair bit of riding though, seeing as I've bought him a new helmet etc it would be rude not to.

Ok gals. if you're interested in a Sunday ride - Yorkshire Dales - Gargrave taking in Malham etc......prob something like a four hour ride.. Gargrave 9.45 for a 10:00 start .As you enter Gargrave the main road swings left in front of a pub. Turn right (effectively straight on) and continue for about 200yds – car park on right.There'll be a couple of blokes (steady though, not mad), me, K8to....

 I'm thinking of dashing over to Afan on Saturday - do Penhydd, and/or maybe Whytes. If there's anyone who fancies joining me, I'll be only too happy for some company.
