 whos' out weds or thurs this week 6pm onwards for a ride in the Peak? I was thinking Ladybower or Hope starting points? For a ladybower, winhill type of circuit. Treehugger? Ros? Pez?

 Mmmm could be up for this. I've got the end of a streaming cold (looking out the window) so would prefer tomorrow as the weather and I might be better. What happened to the old Peaks Rides thread, I found it much easier to keep in touch with what was going on - can we resurrect it?

ok i'll reserve judgement - the colleague who was supposed to be covering me this evening has chipped tooth and has dentist at half four so not sure now what time i'm leaving work. are we calling it off then - i miigth dare go from home if sun comes out. will be up fro a decent ride this sat or sun - sun looks the better day

had lots of fun last night - thanks guys. as much as its disappointing not having a downhill at the end i think i prefered that route just beacuse of that amazing black descent. can't wait to get back on it when its less muddy! rooty fun

Bah humbug - there has to be a way to do that descent without having to do that climb.

cool - so what's the plan this weekend. kate and julie are up for sunday but weather looks terrible. sat looks better so i'll be up for a ride saturday and then maybe sun depending on weather.

what about parking at the bottom - theres a car park just befroe you get to the ford - then you could do the climb first, and all the downhills back to the ford!
